At BodySoul Balance and Rejuvenation Massage Therapy, I am committed to provide exceptional service to clients while ensuring fair compensation for massage therapy. To achieve this balance, I have established the following policy regarding last-minute cancellations and no-shows. 

Travel distance

I am happy to travel anywhere at
NO EXTRA COST UP TO 30 MINUTES
between appointments.
If a session is more than 30 minutes away flat fee 50$ applies.

Arrival Time

 will arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the session start time (for example, 11:45 am for a 12:00pm session). Before your massage to set up and create a relaxing, unhurried experience. Please be ready at the scheduled time. If you’re running late, communicate any delay with your therapist. Your massage may be shortened to stay on schedule, at the therapist’s discretion.
• Ensure a clear space is available for the massage table with enough room around it for the therapist to move freely. Any parking costs are the customer’s responsibility. Provide your therapist with parking information and have a designated nearby spot ready. Specify if it’s a driveway, street, or valet parking.
• For busy hotels, I prefer valet over garage parking for convenience. Due to the time it takes to access hotel rooms, we require a minimum order of 90 minutes for hotel appointments.
• Inform me upon booking if you have pets or if there are multiple flights of stairs. Setting up on the first floor is encouraged.

Last -Minute Cancellations

Fees for Last-Minute Cancellations:

  • Clients who cancel their appointments less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% of service fee.

Rescheduling

  • I understand that life circumstances can happen, therefore rescheduling is allowed with no additional fee no less than 24 hours, if rescheduling is done less than 24 hours 50% reschedule fee applies.

Alcohol consumption
  • Please do not consume alcohol prior to your massage
  • The therapist has the right to terminate the session, and client will be charged the full amount of service booked.
Client No Show/Late
  • Should I arrive at the confirmed session destination at the appointment time and the client is not present at given address, I will call and wait additional 10 minutes for the client. If the client arrives 10 minutes late, the session can still be done but will finish at the appointed time.  In addition, no show no call will be equivalent to last- minute cancelation policy of 50% of the massage fee.
Age  Requirements 
  • Age requirement for massage 21 years and older.

Refunds


Body Soul Massage and Rejuvenation has no refund policy on services completed
 

Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice are entitled to a full refund, though I encourage you to keep your appointment as short notice cancellations can disrupt my workflow.
• Cancellations within less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service.
